Job description
As a Compliance Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of our internal and client-facing compliance protocols. You will ensure that all AI assessments adhere to the latest legal and ethical standards.
What You'll Do- Monitor global AI regulations and update internal compliance frameworks.
- Lead client engagements regarding regulatory adherence.
- Develop training programs for internal teams on AI ethics and law.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee the quality assurance process for all risk reports.
- JD or Master's in Law, Policy, or Ethics preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or technology law.
- Deep knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and emerging AI regulations.
- Experience interacting with C-level executives and legal counsel.
- Certification in CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or similar is a plus.
