Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage with potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Present our services to new and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and execution.
• Communicate effectively in both English & Spanish to cater to a diverse client base.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Track and report sales activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish & English
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
