Quick facts
  • Schedules:
    • 6AM–6PM | 4 days on / 4 days off
    • 6PM–6AM | 4 days on / 4 days off
  • Pay: $22–$26 per hour (based on experience)
  • Night premium: +$3.00/hour
  • Extra PTO: 40 hours annually for night shift team members
  • Location: Cambria, WI
What you’ll do
  • Run routine, physical quality tests and production checks—no advanced chemistry needed.
  • Enter, review, and interpret data in computer systems to inform decisions.
  • Follow SOPs and GMPs to maintain a spotless, food-safe workspace.
  • Prioritize tasks to support changing production needs.
  • Work closely with teammates who value precision and safety.
What you’ll need
  • Solid attendance and reliability.
  • Keen eye for detail; quality mindset.
  • Comfort in regulated or food-safe settings.
  • Basic computer literacy; willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency.
  • Collaborative attitude and growth ambition.

Nice to have: Experience in lab testing, food production, or QA.
