- Food Quality amp; Safety: Ensure all food is prepared according to company standards and health regulations.
- Shift Operations: Manage cash handling, inventory, and food preparation during the shift.
- Training amp; Development: Assist in training new team members and reinforcing company policies.
- Problem-Solving: Handle unexpected challenges and ensure quick, effective resolutions.
- Opening amp; Closing Procedures: Oversee setup or shutdown of the restaurant, including cleaning and securing the premises.
Qualifications amp; Skills:
- Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
