Your expertise will be fundamental in making design contributions easier and more impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop foundational design system components with documentation
• Advocate for and implement shared UI components
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in user experience
• Strengthen teamwork between design and engineering roles
• Create efficient workflows for design contributions
Requirements:
• 5+ years of building design systems for digital products
• Deep understanding of production UI and code standards
• Solid skills in creating accessible designs
• Ability to influence and partner across functional teams
• Experience utilizing AI tools in design development
Utilize your design and development skills to enhance the transformative health programs at Dialogue.
