About the Role:
Garner Hotel By IHG is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team in Frederick, MD! This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen or bar staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
  • Restock and replenish food and beverage stations as needed
  • Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of service areas for each shift
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where applicable
