Role Description

This is a full-time, remote, commission based 1099 independent contractor position for an Insurance Broker & Financial Services Professional. Typical earnings range from $120,000–$180,000 per year, with income based on performance.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients, recommending life insurance and retirement solutions, preparing quotes, processing applications, maintaining client accounts, and providing ongoing support. You'll also educate clients on financial planning, stay current on industry products, and help grow the business through referrals and outreach.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of life insurance, annuities, and financial planning
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• State insurance license (or ability to obtain one)
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn
• Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office preferred
