As our Insurance Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our patients. Responsibilities include:
Verifying and processing insurance information for patient visits.
Communicating effectively with insurance providers to ensure accurate billing.
Collaborating with the front desk and clinical teams to streamline the patient experience.
Assisting patients with insurance-related inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insurance coordination, preferably in a medical or optical setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both patients and insurance providers.
Team player mentality with a commitment to fostering a positive working environment.
