We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee operations at our frac sand mining facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets
- Develop and implement operational plans, schedules, and workflows
- Manage and supervise production staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime
- Optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with engineering, safety, and quality teams to improve processes and standards
- Prepare reports on production metrics, safety incidents, and operational challenges for management review
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
