We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing real estate transactions from contract to closing by preparing, reviewing, and coordinating all title-related documents. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Open and process new title orders.
- Review contracts, title commitments, surveys, and supporting documents.
- Order and review payoffs, estoppels, lien searches, HOA information, and municipal searches.
- Prepare closing files and coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys.
- Clear title requirements and resolve title issues before closing.
- Prepare settlement statements and closing packages.
- Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with state regulations and company policies.
- Schedule closings and maintain communication with all parties throughout the transaction.
- Assist with post-closing duties as needed.
