What You'll Do

As a Barista at Del Rey, you’ll be at the center of our coffee shop experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.
• Providing exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and seating areas.
• Operating and maintaining coffee equipment with care and precision.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of barista experience—we’re looking for someone who’s confident behind the counter and knows their way around an espresso machine.
• A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members alike.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
