Studio Manager – Degree Wellness Goodyear

Compensation:

• Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000 a year
• Eligible for commissions and performance bonuses
• Performance bonus tied to membership pre-sales, membership growth, and studio revenue.

Your Impact:

• Drive membership sales and studio revenue – hit and exceed targets.
• Build a welcoming, high-energy environment that keeps members coming back.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team that delivers five-star customer experiences.
• Lead daily operations: scheduling, staffing, and in-studio execution.
• Lead by example – bringing energy, accountability, and positivity to the team.

Ideal Experience:

• 1+ year of team management in retail, fitness, wellness, or medspa.
• Strong sales record—hits targets, drives KPIs, and celebrates wins.
• Confident with POS/software (Mindbody or similar).
• Flexible for weekends/evenings.
• Relationship-builder with a solutions mindset.
