Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of the AV industry and the products, services and designs offered.
• Markets and sells the company's products and services.
• Contacts regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
• Answers customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Prepares sales estimates, credits, or contract terms, and delivery dates.
• Projects an engaging, honest and trustworthy image.
• Consults with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Creates sales budgets and reports, developing and maintaining sales records, and filing expense account reports.
• Research new product requests and writes orders.
• Negotiates pricing and availability with vendors.
• Tracks and prepares leads and sales reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Industry Certifications are not required but they indicate a level of AV knowledge.
