We are seeking a Lead Deck Installer who takes pride in their craft, leads by example, and represents our company with professionalism on every job site. This role is ideal for someone who can guide a crew, communicate confidently with homeowners, and deliver high‐quality work on schedule. You will be installing decks daily on site to completion. Must have a minimum of 5 years of deck building and leadership roles

Responsibilities

• Lead daily job‐site operations — direct installers, delegate tasks, and maintain workflow
• Install wood, composite, and steel‐frame decks with precision and craftsmanship
• Maintain job‐site cleanliness and organization from start to finish
• Drive company work vehicle from shop to job sites daily
• Follow project plans, instructions, and schedules while ensuring quality standards
• Guide and mentor crew members to improve skills and efficiency
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, inspectors, and team members

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a crew
• Extensive knowledge of deck materials and designs
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual with excellent time‐management
• Takes pride in workmanship and maintains a clean, safe job site
• Able to take constructive criticism and continuously improve
• Professional demeanor around homeowners and employees
• Valid driver’s license for daily company vehicle use

Compensation

• $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
