ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dean Kangas - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work current book of business to add additional services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • Personable, outgoing, & engaging personality.
  • Ability to manage multi tasks simultaneously.
  • No experience or license required - if friendly and a hard worker we will train you!
  • Willingness to obtain property & casualty licenses.

Compensation: $16.50 - $23.00 per hour
