Days Inn & Suites is a newly renovated hotel located on Niagara Falls Boulevard. Our 100% non-smoking hotel is designed to provide comfort and convenience to our guests. As a front desk receptionist, you will play a crucial role in welcoming and assisting our guests during their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a friendly smile
• Perform safety checks to ensure guest security
• Direct guests to local attractions and provide recommendations
• Answer and forward phone calls
• Manage reservations, including making, changing, and canceling bookings
• Handle administrative tasks such as copying and faxing
• Assist with laundry duties
• Keep the lobby and surrounding areas clean and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
• Handle customer inquiries and requests with enthusiasm
• Utilize Hotel Property Management Systems (experience preferred)
• Work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great telephone communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good time-management abilities
• Customer-centric approach
• Professional and friendly disposition
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Willingness to assist colleagues with administrative tasks
• Prior experience as a front desk agent is a plus, but not required
