Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our agency — greeting clients, answering questions, processing policy changes, and assisting our agents to ensure every customer receives timely, professional, and caring service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working collaboratively in a supportive office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone with policy questions, payments, and service requests
• Support agents with documentation, quotes, and policy updates
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Help create a warm, professional, and organized office environment
• Contribute to team goals by assisting where needed and communicating clearly

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience (insurance experience preferred, but not required)

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
