What Youโll Do
As a key point of contact, youโll help customers, dealers, and partners resolve product-related questions and concerns.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot product issues and provide solutions (first-call resolution is the goal!)
- Explain product features, warranty details, and service options
- Document interactions in our system (Freshdesk) for accurate follow-up
- Partner with internal teams to resolve more complex issues
- Identify trends in customer concerns and suggest improvements
- Stay up to date on products, policies, and procedures
What Weโre Looking For
- 2โ3 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- Basic understanding of electrical/voltage concepts (helpful for troubleshooting)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Basic understanding of how warranty works
- Familiarity with aftermarket customers
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in the RV or related industries
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a โfigure it outโ mindset
Schedule amp; Work Environment
- MondayโFriday
- Occasional flexibility needed (early mornings, evenings, or weekends)
- Office-based role with light physical activity
- Occasional travel for training or industry events
