Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SOMT Developer with 5–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Service Operations Management for Telecommunications (SOMT) and experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions for telecommunications platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive platform enhancements, integrations, and migration initiatives while ensuring high-quality solution delivery.

Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow SOMT applications and workflows.

· Implement and support integrations with enterprise and third-party systems.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Drive platform enhancements, upgrades, and migration initiatives.

· Perform code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

· Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices, security, scalability, and performance standards.

· Prepare technical documentation and contribute to solution design discussions.

· Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge across the team.

· Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams.

· Work collaboratively in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

· 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development

- legally require U.S. citizenship

· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SOMT.

· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization, scripting, workflows, and integrations.

· Experience working on telecommunications domain solutions is preferred.

· Good understanding of REST APIs, JavaScript, and ServiceNow best practices.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience working in Agile development environments.
