Looking for a forwarding facing individual that can handle high volume at a fast pace.
Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
Take and process take-out orders accurately using the restaurant’s point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods while maintaining accurate cash drawer balances.
Confirm order details with customers to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
Package food orders neatly and include necessary items such as utensils, napkins, and condiments.
Maintain a clean and organized take-out and cashier area.
Answer customer questions about menu items, prices, and specials.
Assist with basic front-of-house duties when needed.
Skills and Qualifications:Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Previous restaurant or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
This is an hourly position plus tips.
