  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, while managing risks and mitigating potential issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and materials management.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct regular site visits, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders, delivering updates on project milestones, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project and construction management.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and maintained in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Day-to-Day
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
  • Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
  • Address and resolve any project-related challenges or conflicts promptly.
  • Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule.
  • Professional development opportunities, including training and certifications.
  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge data centre projects with a global impact.
