We are a reputed Bar and Restaurant located in Center City Philadelphia.

We are looking to hire a head chef with grill and steakhouse experience.

This role requires cooking on the line (It's not just limited to expoing). The chef is expected to be expert working on grill and shall be knowledgeable of variety of recipes in grilling various types of meat. The chef must be able to cook Steak (and other meats) in multiple styles.

The Chef will be responsible to manage entire Back of house. Must be able to conceptualize menu items.

Must be capable of

Inventory Management and produce orders for kitchen

Demand and Forecast planning for the Kitchen

Lead and manage Kitchen staff to meet all sanitary, safety & health department guidelines

Serve Safe Certified

Staff Scheduling

Maintain cleaning schedules of all kitchen equipments
