Senior Developer / Data Engineer - SQL & Terraform

Compensation: $55 - $65 per hour
ABOUT THE ROLEOur client is launching a new Enterprise Data Platform (EDP), an AI-ready data foundation built on a medallion architecture in BigQuery. This platform will ingest data from all DaVita source systems—both on-premises and cloud—leveraging a modern Google Cloud Platform (GCP) stack including Dataflow, Dataform, Terraform, and CI/CD automation. Data governance is managed through Google Knowledge Catalog (formerly Dataplex). This is a newly funded initiative with strong momentum and a clear path to team growth as internal funding is approved. As a Senior Developer / Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring robust infrastructure, and collaborating closely with technical leads to establish standards and best practices in a fast-paced, newly established platform team.
