About the Role

The Market Leader Account Manager is a client-facing role responsible for helping DVM Elite members turn strategy into action.

Working closely with the Market Leader Portfolio Lead, you'll manage the day-to-day execution and engagement of an assigned portfolio of independent practice owners. You'll help onboard new members, coordinate implementation, prepare and lead routine member meetings, track action plans and KPIs, coordinate services across internal teams, and make sure commitments continue moving forward.

This role is ideal for someone who loves building client relationships but is equally energized by organization, implementation, accountability, data, and getting things done.

You'll be the person who knows what's happening across your accounts, what needs to happen next, and where a member may need additional strategic support.

What You'll Do

Manage Member Onboarding & Implementation

• Help translate new member goals into focused 30-60-90 day Quick Wins Game Plans.
• Own implementation and progress tracking of those plans.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation across DVM Elite service teams.
• Identify roadblocks early and help keep members moving toward measurable results.
  

Own Member Follow-Through

• Coordinate and prepare for member meetings.
• Lead routine implementation, accountability, and progress conversations.
• Maintain action items, deadlines, CRM documentation, and follow-up.
• Keep commitments moving between meetings and identify opportunities that should be elevated to the Portfolio Lead.
  

Drive Engagement & Service Utilization

• Help members get the greatest value from DVM Elite programs, services, events, and resources.
• Monitor participation and proactively reconnect with members whose engagement is declining.
• Coordinate fulfillment across marketing, websites, Google Ads, SEO, and other applicable services.
• Maintain visibility into open requests, priorities, deadlines, and ownership.
  

Monitor Performance & KPIs

• Review member business and financial KPIs and identify meaningful trends or changes.
• Maintain quarterly member goals and action plans.
• Follow up proactively when initiatives or performance indicators move off track.
• Support impact reporting by capturing progress, implementation wins, utilization, and measurable results.
  

Keep the Portfolio Organized & Proactive

• Maintain accurate portfolio information in HubSpot and other systems.
• Identify early warning signs such as declining engagement, stalled implementation, unresolved service issues, or worsening KPIs.
• Escalate strategic, sensitive, or retention-related concerns to the Portfolio Lead.
• Help create a member experience that feels coordinated and proactive rather than reactive.
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, project management, implementation, consulting support, operations, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts, projects, or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive implementation, adoption, engagement, and accountability.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with excellent follow-through.
• Comfort reviewing business metrics, dashboards, financial information, and operational KPIs.
• Ability to identify trends, risks, and issues that require additional strategic attention.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple internal teams.
• Strong written communication, meeting facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Comfort working within CRM, project-management, reporting, and client/member platforms.
• HubSpot experience is preferred.
• Experience working with small-business owners, veterinary practices, healthcare organizations, professional services, or recurring membership/service businesses is highly valuable.
• Veterinary industry experience is helpful but not required.
