We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, and coordinate order fulfillment. In this role, you will be a key player in keeping our projects moving efficiently, ensuring that materials are in the right place at the right time to support our telecommunications and utility services. This position involves physical work, including loading/unloading products, operating a sit-down forklift, and occasionally delivering materials to job sites.

Position Summary 
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate / Project Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, and coordinate order fulfillment. In this role, you will be a key player in keeping our projects moving efficiently, ensuring that materials are in the right place at the right time to support our telecommunications and utility services. This position involves physical work, including loading/unloading products, operating a sit-down forklift, and occasionally delivering materials to job sites. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity and accuracy. 
• Oversee inventory control processes, maintaining optimal stock levels. 
• Coordinate and track order fulfillment to meet deadlines and customer expectations. 
• Accurately track inventory and shipments using Excel, RF scanners, and warehouse software. 
• Implement and maintain OSHA-compliant safety procedures. 
• Load and unload materials, including heavy items (up to 75 lbs). 
• Safely operate a sit-down forklift for material handling. 
• Deliver products to job sites as needed, ensuring timely and safe transport. 
• Lead and support warehouse staff through training and performance guidance. 
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency. 

Qualifications 

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or project coordination. 
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel. 
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety best practices. 
• Experience with RF scanners and related technology. 
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs). 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record). 
• Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift (certification preferred). 
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
