The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, Digital Engagement, APEX development, and Agentforce, with a strong track record of delivering scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice to enhance operations.
- Customize and configure Agentforce to streamline agent workflows and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Salesforce applications.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Job Requirements
What You'll Need to Make Your Impact
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proven expertise in Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and Agentforce.
- Strong proficiency in APEX, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Service Cloud Consultant are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Healthcare experience a plus.
