We are seeking an experienced Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing Florida practice. The ideal candidate is a seasoned litigator with a proven track record of handling personal injury cases through trial.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of Trial personal injury litigation experience
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing
• Strong case evaluation, deposition, mediation, and trial skills
• Ability to manage cases independently from intake through verdict
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Handle a full caseload of personal injury matters
• Prepare and try cases in state court
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Develop case strategy and work with experts
• Represent clients aggressively and professionally
• Compensation (salary and bonus)

7+ years Personal Injury litigation
Proven trial experience
Florida Bar – active and in good standing
Strong negotiation and courtroom presence
