About Us

DL Installations & Interiors is a growing Metro Atlanta installation company specializing in window treatments and related home products.

Our team performs professional Window Blinds measurements, installations, service calls, and customer support throughout North Georgia and Metro Atlanta. We are looking for a dependable installer who enjoys working independently, takes pride in quality workmanship, and provides excellent customer service.

Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting customers, solving problems, and taking pride in high-quality installations. This is a 1099 position that involves daily travel, ladder work, customer interaction, and installation of custom window treatments in residential homes. Typical work schedule is Monday-Friday. Compensation includes Bi-Weekly base pay plus a biweekly vehicle allowance.

Vehicle Requirement

Company vehicle is not provided. Installer must provide a reliable SUV, crossover, minivan, or cargo van capable of transporting ladders and installation equipment. Sedans and compact vehicles are generally not suitable for this position.

Duties

• Install and assemble custom blinds, shades, drapery & shutters according to blueprints and specifications
• Measure to fit specific window dimensions
• Troubleshoot existing installed custom blinds, shades, drapery & shutters
• Read and interpret work orders and window treatment specifications
• Install window treatments up to 20ft or less
• Transport cargo from appointment to appointment

Required

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable SUV, crossover, minivan, or work van
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable on ladders up to 20 feet
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic hand tools
• Clean and professional appearance

• Window treatment installation
• Finish carpentry
• Cabinet installation
• Garage door installation
• Flooring installation
• Construction experience

Service Area

This position services customers throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. Typical routes include 4-6 customer appointments per day. Routes are planned to maximize efficiency and minimize unnecessary driving whenever possible.
