DG Realty Group, a luxury real estate team within Signature Sotheby’s International Realty, is seeking an experienced, licensed Realtor to support our team’s day-to-day real estate operations, client service, property management, and business development activities.
This hybrid position is ideal for a professional who enjoys working collaboratively, understands the operational side of real estate, and wants the support of an established team while continuing to grow their own business.
Duties
- Assist with buyer and listing showings, broker tours, inspections, vendor appointments, and other property-related activities
- Support property management needs and coordinate access with clients, contractors, and service providers
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts, leases, and purchase agreements to ensure clarity and legal compliance
- Create buyer searches, research properties, identify comparable sales, and assemble market analysis data
- Monitor buyer searches and share relevant properties with team members
- Assist with rental listings and maintain accurate property information across applicable platforms
- Prepare letters, mail merges, agent communications, and other targeted outreach campaigns
- Develop personal business opportunities while operating within the team’s systems, standards, and brand
Qualifications
- Active Michigan real estate license required
- Minimum of three years of real estate experience
- Working knowledge of Realcomp and MLS procedures
- Strong understanding of residential real estate transactions and listing processes
- Professional, organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable communicating with clients, agents, vendors, and service providers
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficient with common real estate, marketing, and office technology
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for appointments
- Experience with platforms such as Canva, ActivePipe, Zillow, Apartments.com, Dropbox, or CRM systems is a plus
Position Details
- Approximately 20–30 hours per week
