Our platform helps businesses streamline their operations through workforce management, accounting, reporting, and scheduling tools. We're currently in the middle of some exciting growth initiatives, including a full organizational rebrand, new marketing automation infrastructure, and a revamped content and webinar strategy.
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and execute initiatives that accelerate growth across our sales and marketing functions. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and works closely with sales leadership, product stakeholders, and executive leadership.
The Marketing Specialist will own the execution of content marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and event support while expanding sales enablement resources and customer engagement programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a B2B software environment, understands how marketing supports revenue, and is excited to leverage AI to scale impact.
This position is ideal for a developing marketing professional who wants measurable ownership, cross-functional exposure, and hands-on experience in a growth-focused SaaS organization.
Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing and Thought Leadership
- Own execution of blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, customer stories, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Develop and manage sales enablement collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battle cards, and industry briefs
- Support thought leadership content including executive ghostwriting, industry insights, and trend commentary
- Coordinate and promote webinars and user-driven content initiatives
- Execute and optimize digital campaigns across email, website, and paid channels
- Manage HubSpot workflows, lists, email automation, and campaign reporting
- Maintain CRM alignment between HubSpot and Salesforce
- Assist with SEO initiatives and website content updates
- Use AI content-generation tools to accelerate production while maintaining brand voice and accuracy
- Support industry trade shows, customer events, and partner initiatives
- Coordinate webinar logistics, promotion, follow-up, and repurposing of content
- Develop post-event nurture campaigns and sales follow-up materials
- Assist with customer advocacy initiatives and user-generated content
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B software or technology
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Microsoft Office Suite
- HubSpot marketing automation
- Salesforce CRM
- AI LLM platforms and AI content-generation tools
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Driving measurable increases in marketing-sourced pipeline
- Building a robust, standardized sales enablement library
- Establishing repeatable webinar and thought leadership programs that support demand generation
- Integrate AI workflows into content creation, campaign development, and reporting
- Reduce content production turnaround time by at least 30 percent through AI augmentation
- Develop documented AI prompting frameworks that improve efficiency while maintaining quality and brand consistency
- Use AI-assisted analysis to enhance campaign targeting, segmentation, and performance optimization
- Expanding sales enablement resources that directly support revenue growth
- Strengthening SAMPRO's thought leadership presence in the marketplace
- Increasing engagement through webinars, customer content, and digital initiatives
- Scaling marketing output through effective AI utilization
