The Role:
As a server at our West Temple location, you are the face of the Dali experience.

• Exceptional Hospitality: Greeting guests, explaining our unique menu, and ensuring every plate is served with care.
• Fast-Paced Service: Handling orders efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized dining area.
• Team Player: Working closely with our crêpe chefs to provide seamless service in our open-kitchen atmosphere.
• Full-Time Commitment: We are looking for a reliable individual ready to jump into a busy, rewarding schedule.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $7.25 per hour + excellent tips.
• Our servers consistently earn a high take-home rate due to our loyal customer base and busy shifts!

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Availability to work full-time shifts (including weekends).
