The Bartender Server plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service at bar and restaurant settings. This position requires skillful drink preparation, efficient order taking, and excellent customer interaction, often multitasking between bar duties and floor service. The role typically involves shifts lasting 6 to 8 hours and may occasionally include handling large events or private parties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently
• Take customer orders and provide attentive service
• Maintain excellent customer service and engagement
• Handle cash and process payments securely
• Manage inventory to ensure adequate bar stock
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance sales
• Multitask regularly between bar duties and floor service
• Support large events and private parties as required

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of bartending experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
