This role blendsย customer service excellence, front desk reception, and administrative support, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and internal team members.ย

Customer Service & Front Desk Supportย
-Serve as a knowledgeable primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in personย
-Respond to customer inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and efficiencyย
-Set up rental car reservations and document entryย
-Provide accurate, consistent information regarding products, services, policies, and proceduresย
-Resolve routine and moderately complex customer issues independently, escalating when appropriateย
-Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in internal systemsย
-Maintain up-to-date customer recordsย ย
-Maintain a calm, professional demeanor when handling sensitive or time-critical situationsย
-Protect confidential customer and company information in compliance with company policiesย
ย
Administrative & Office Supportย
-Distribute inner office mail, packages, deliveries, create FedExย ย
-Manage front office and breakroom supplies, inventory, and printer stations, and vendor servicesย
-Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and meet service goalsย
-Support team operations during peak volume periods and special initiativesย
-Provide clerical and administrative support to various departmentsย
-Coordinate internal milestone anniversary acknowledgements and recognitions. Submit monthly announcements such as birthdays, anniversaries, and new hires and holidaysย
-Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactionsย

Whatย Youโllย Bringย
-+ years of experience in customer service, orย similar administrative roleย
-Proficiency with Excel is required
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, and organizational skillsย
-Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervisionย
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesย
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)ย
-Professional appearance with a dependable and positive work ethicย
-A service-oriented mindset with attention to detailย
-High school diploma or GED requiredย
-Valid driverโs license with a clean driving recordย
