Position: Construction Carpenter

Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our dynamic construction team. Ideal candidates must be physically capable of performing strenuous tasks, lifting 50+ pounds independently, climbing ladders safely, and performing duties in various weather conditions.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday (40 hours/week)

• Availability for on-call duties as needed.

About the Role:

As a Carpenter in the construction industry, you will play a critical role in shaping and building structural and aesthetic elements of residential and commercial projects across the United States. Your work will involve interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and assembling frameworks to ensure the integrity and safety of buildings. You will be responsible for constructing decks, roofing structures, and performing interior finishing tasks such as painting, all while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with a diverse team of construction professionals. Ultimately, your contributions will directly impact the quality, durability, and visual appeal of the construction projects you work on, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with safety regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a carpenter in residential or commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability in previous roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deck building and roofing installation.
• Skills in interior painting and finishing.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience on construction sites.
• Certification in OSHA safety standards or equivalent.
• Formal carpentry training or apprenticeship completion.
