This position is focused primarily on setting up and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture precision hydraulic manifolds. You will read blueprints, select tooling and fixtures, make machine adjustments, inspect completed parts, and ensure every component meets the required specifications.

⚙️ What you’ll be doing

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines
• Produce precision hydraulic manifolds according to job specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Select and install the appropriate tooling and fixtures
• Make machine adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
• Inspect completed parts for dimensional and visual defects
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues
• Perform routine machine and tooling maintenance
• Work with different materials and adjust machining methods accordingly
• Follow production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate production concerns to the Production Lead

✅ What we’re looking forRequired

• Experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience selecting and installing cutting tools and fixtures
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related inspection tools
• Basic machining math and measurement skills
• Understanding of dimensional tolerances and part specifications
• Knowledge of different materials and their machinability
• Ability to inspect completed parts and identify defects
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and workplace cleanliness

Preferred

• Experience machining hydraulic manifolds or fluid-power components
• Familiarity with G-code and M-code
• Experience making basic CNC program edits
• Experience operating manual machine tools
• Background in a production machining environment
• Experience troubleshooting tooling, setup, or quality issues

Pay, benefits & schedule

Pay: $19 to $27 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, second shift. Monday thru Thursday 2:30 pm to 2:00 am

Benefits include:

• Health insurance- $60 per pay period for single, $67.50 1 dependent, $75 family
• IRA retirement plan with $50 per pay period company match
