Job description

Are you a detail-oriented leader who takes pride in celebrating others' achievements? We’re looking for a focused individual to oversee our daily operations and production.

The Role:

  • Lead Operations: Able to deal with the public. Manage customer orders from consultation to completion. Ability to operate shop in owners absence.
  • Quality Control: High attention to detail is vital—precision in spelling, layout, and finishing is our standard.
  • Independent Execution: Work independently to juggle deadlines and keep the shop running smoothly.
  • Design & Production: Hands-on creation of awards. Proficiency in CorelDRAW is highly helpful for engraving setups and layouts.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Rate: Starting at $25.00/hour.
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Availability: Must be open to occasional overtime during our peak awards seasons.
  • NO BENEFITS
