Who will I be working for?

We’re one of the World’s leading international money transfer providers. We’ve been around since 1996 and we’ve grown massively over the last 8 years in the USA– join our team now if you want to grow with us.

What will I have to do?

• Following up customer enquiries, helping new customers through the registration process, managing their currency requirements.
• Nurturing existing customer relationships to encourage repeat sales and increase clients’ lifetime value.

What are we looking for?

· Appropriate experience working in a telephone based sales role, familiarity with FX markets preferred

· A proven track record of driving sales to achieve targets

· Self-motivation

· Excellent organizational skill

· Excellent communication skills

· Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

· A strong customer focus

· Experience using a CRM system

What else do I need to know?

You’ll be based in our Orlando head office, working Monday – Friday. After 6 months will be able to work 2 days per week from home.
