Job description

Job Summary:
CurieTech AI is a silicon valley based startup developing AI coding agents for enterprise IT teams. They are seeking a Developer Advocate to build and nurture their technical community, create compelling content, and represent the company at industry events.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage CurieTech AI's Slack community, ensuring product questions are answered promptly and technical discussions are valuable
• Create a welcoming environment for new users and foster peer-to-peer knowledge sharing
• Monitor external MuleSoft/DataWeave communities and forums to identify relevant conversations and engage on CurieTech AI's behalf
• Carry out and iterate on our community playbook, including technical support and content creation
• Track community health metrics and optimize engagement strategies
• Develop a range of technical content including tutorials, blog posts, use case demonstrations, and video content
• Create educational resources that showcase how to effectively use CurieTech AI's agents
• Build sample projects and proof-of-concept demos that highlight real-world applications
• Author weekly product tips and biweekly educational content for the community
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and measure content effectiveness
• Represent CurieTech AI at industry events, webinars, and MuleSoft community gatherings
• Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in the MuleSoft ecosystem
• Collaborate with the product team to prioritize feature requests and incorporate community feedback
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop customer quotes & stories showcasing the expertise of our community members
• Host virtual meetups, AMAs, and other community events
• Establish yourself as a thought leader in the AI agent and integration space
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 3-5 years of experience in technical roles
• At least 1-2 years in developer relations, advocacy, technical marketing, or similar community-facing roles
• Strong programming skills and the ability to rapidly prototype ideas using AI agents and tools
• Experience with content creation platforms and community management tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
