COMPANY INTRODUCTION - As a Culver's True Blue Team member, you will have the opportunity to work with a positive team, focused on providing a place to grow, learn and develop.

You will directly report to the General Manager who will build your leadership skills. You will obtain the knowledge to cast vision, build a team, allocate resources, and solve problems.

  • Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
  • Assist the General Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant
  • Build and maintain a positive culture and friendly environment

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
