Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced on-site bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of prior bookkeeping experience and a strong understanding of bookkeeping procedures, payroll, and general office operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience
• General understanding of bookkeeping procedures and payroll
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or Sage is a plus
• Experience with PixelPoint Restaurant Point of Sale System is a plus
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for our hotel and restaurant operations
• Manage accounts payable through Sage
• Handle cash and daily deposits
• Perform audit reconciliations
• Complete monthly inventory
• Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements
• Prepare sales reports
• Prepare quarterly reports
• Assist with general bookkeeping and administrative duties as needed

Compensation

$21.00–$23.00 per hour
