About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at Crossroads At Delta Assisted Living Facility as a Housekeeper, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help enhance the quality of life for those we serve.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and dining facilities.
  • Ensure all areas are sanitized and free of hazards to maintain a safe environment.
  • Restock supplies and manage inventory of cleaning materials.
  • Assist with laundry services, including washing, folding, and distributing linens.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
  • Follow infection control protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning schedules are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
