We are currently looking for a high-energy, ethical, and motivated Accounting Senior to contribute to our growing and inspired team.*
Responsibilities for Accounting Senior:
- Has mastered all criteria of Accounting Staff
- Able to communicate detail requests to clients
- Trains new staff on processes, procedures and methodology
- Begins selling new services to existing clients
- Works to improve relationships with existing clients
- Provides suggestions on ways to improve the Firm
- Networks in the community
- Begins to review accounting work prior to advancement
Requirements for Accounting Senior:
- 3+ years' experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required
- CPA (or working towards CPA)
- Hardworking and positive attitude
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Adaptable, assertive, and takes initiative
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Desire to grow within the firm
