Job Description:
The LPN will be responsible for monitoring the treatment needs of clients in the Opioid Treatment Program and integrated mental health and substance abuse services. The LPN will coordinate medical and behavioral health needs, monitor the health and well-being of clients, document medical services, communicate with medical providers and program staff, manage medication calls, maintain clinical charts, review medication administration, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Other responsibilities include patient history, vital signs, patient care charts, patient education, disease prevention, interventions, medication inventory, methadone administration, collaboration with healthcare providers, toxicology screening, tuberculosis testing, medical monitoring, breath and urine samples, emergency first-aid, clinical programming, health-related in-service trainings, and more.
