Crane & Rigging

The Crane Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating mobile and crawler cranes primarily at construction sites and industrial facilities. As a key member of a rigging crew, the operator will handle equipment setup, load handling, and rigging to support diverse lifting operations, including regional travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up crane equipment according to site requirements
• Operate mobile and crawler cranes to lift, move, and position loads safely
• Perform rigging tasks in coordination with the rigging crew
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols throughout operations
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate lifts
• Inspect equipment regularly and report any malfunctions
• Adapt to varying site conditions in construction and industrial environments
• Travel regionally as required for different project locations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating cranes
• Valid Crane Operator Certification
• Proficient in crane operation and rigging techniques
• Strong commitment to safety compliance
• Effective communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team environment
