Job Information Accounting Work Experience 1-3 years 35000 Job Description This is a remote position. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned clients Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Post and reconcile bank and credit card transactions Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements Prepare and assist with month-end close procedures Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Ensure timely financial reporting Client Communication & Advisory Support Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Respond to client inquiries regarding financial data and transactions Assist clients with financial systems and accounting software usage Support leadership with financial analysis and reporting Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies Compliance & Controls Maintain internal controls and documentation standards Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Support audit preparation as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of accounting principles and general ledger management Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required) Experience with cloud-based accounting systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously High attention to detail and accuracy Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Preferred Experience 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Experience working in an accounting firm or managing multiple clients Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required) Familiarity with financial reporting and month-end close processes Experience with payroll platforms and sales tax filings What We Offer Collaborative, supportive team culture Growth and advancement opportunities Exposure to diverse industries and business models Opportunity to work with modern accounting technology Competitive compensation based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
