Commercial Property Manager
Purpose
The Property Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Property Manager in the full-range of property management functions, as set forth below, and to perform miscellaneous special projects as needed. Managed building types include: office, medical office, retail, industrial, and flex properties.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Main contact for Property Management work order phone calls
- Coordinate work orders to completion in a timely manner
- Assist Sr. Property Managers in the coordination of higher-level work orders/projects
- Coordinate multiple bidding, service contracting, and work scheduling for assigned properties
- Maintain and update contract trackers
- Send tenant communications as needed
- Delinquency management and reporting tasks
- Prepare monthly Rent Verification reports
- Conduct periodic building and janitorial inspections
- Miscellaneous tasks including: research discrepancies, resolve billing/collection issues, invoice coding, tenant billing, COI tracking, tenant signage, lease abreacting, maintenance logs, and file management
Skills, abilities, and requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial property management
- Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage
Schedule and availability:
- 40 hours per week
- Some nights and weekend for emergencies when assigned as the on-call PM
