Cowabunga's North Reading in North Reading, MA is looking for one weekday/daytime front desk help at Cowabunga's! to join our team. We are located on 265 Main Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

Our family entertainment center is seeking warm, caring, customer service-minded personnel to run our front desk at Cowabunga's during walk-in hours. Checking in parents, answering phones, and keeping our gym floor clean and safe for our youngest guests. Great for mother's hours. Typical shifts are 9AM-4PM Tuesdays-Fridays. Enjoy a day off on most Mondays. Pay is ~$15 hr.

Responsibilities

• Walk through park and prepare the day
• Check in guests, answer phones
• Interact with guests throughout their visit
• Maintain our gift shop; restock; clean and tidy
• Prepare weekend party bookings with customer calls, preparing add-ons, etc.
• Work in concession stand to serve slush and light snacks
• Work with a team of 2 or 3 others handling similar tasks for the day.

This is a fun, rewarding job for someone who enjoys working with parents of young children, engaging in customer service and putting smiles on peoples faces in a fast-paced environment. Should be able to juggle different tasks effectively and be a motivated person with lots of initiative.
