CoverSafe is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Area Coordinator to help keep our customers, technicians, builders, and daily service operations moving.

This is much more than a customer service position. You will be at the center of the operation, coordinating schedules, solving problems, communicating with customers and field teams, and making sure commitments are followed through from start to finish.

We are looking for someone who doesn't wait for someone else to tell them what needs to happen. You see the problem, take ownership, find a solution, and get it done.

CoverSafe is looking for an Area Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day operations of one of our growing service areas. This role is at the center of the action, working closely with customers, technicians, pool builders, and internal teams to coordinate schedules, solve problems, and keep our operation moving.

• Coordinate service and installation schedules while balancing customer needs, technician availability, geography, and changing priorities.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and ongoing communication.
• Create and maintain customer profiles, service orders, payment information, and job details.
• Prepare quotes and explain CoverSafe products, warranties, maintenance plans, and service options.
• Solve problems, communicate changes, and handle difficult conversations when necessary.
• Follow up on open jobs, customer concerns, outstanding invoices, and commitments through resolution.
• Build strong relationships with customers, pool builders, technicians, and internal teams.
• Support B2B relationships and participate in meetings with prospective customers..

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Highly organized with the ability to mange multiple priorities
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident problem-solver who can make decisions and take initiative.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to remain professional under pressure.
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Experience in customer service, scheduling, coordination, construction, home services, or a related field is a plus, but your ability to learn, communicate, solve problems, and take ownership matters most.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $55,000-$60,000 annually
