We are looking for someone to support daily back-of-house operations, ensuring high standards for guest satisfaction, food quality, and service. If you have previous experience as a lead and/or mentor of kitchen staff as well as upholding food safety, sanitation, and operational safety standards we would love to meet you!

Our Kitchen Manager will have full responsibility of the kitchen:

• Responsible for the quality of food delivered in a timely manner including participation in all parts of the kitchen.
• Responsible for scheduling and motivating kitchen staff.
• Training and mentoring kitchen staff on proper food handling, cooking positions, quality of food and cleanliness of kitchen.
• Ensure the kitchen meets all food safety and sanitation standards (including HACCP) for the state of Kansas.
• Willing to step in and cook as necessary to ensure food is delivered in a timely manner with the highest quality.
• Ensure kitchen food is prepared for the day before opening and throughout the day as needed for evening as well as closing.
• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure compliance with our employee guidelines.
• Manage inventory control and communicate with front of house staff as needed.

We are a small brewery located in Tonganoxie, KS serving craft brews, cocktails and great food. We serve locals and surrounding areas. Our kitchen serves sliders, flatbreads, wraps and appetizers in a casual environment. Find more information on our website at https://www.countyroadbrewing.com
