Dedicated to elevating interventional oncology programs and outcomes, Quantum Surgical and NeuWave Medical integrate advanced robotic guidance with precision microwave ablation, empowering physicians to treat more challenging lesions for more patients with consistent, evidence-backed solutions.

Position Summary

The Capital Manager is responsible for driving capital equipment sales performance and strategic market expansion across the assigned territory. This role leads the full capital sales cycleโ€”from opportunity identification and pipeline development to executive-level engagement and deal closureโ€” while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.ย 
The Capital Manager partners closely with health system stakeholders, including C- suite executives, to position Precision IO Groupโ€™s advanced robotics and interventional oncology solutions as a strategic investment. Through strong market insight, value- based selling, and account leadership, this role builds long-term customer relationships, develops key opinion leaders, and accelerates adoption of innovative capital technologies that enhance clinical and economic outcomes.ย 

What Youโ€™ll Do

Key Accountabilities

  • Capital Sales Performance
    - Achieve and exceed annual capital sales quota within the assigned geography.
    - Build, update, and manage a capital pipeline with 90%+ forecast accuracyย through close.
    - Segment customers and execute quarterly business plans to secure new capitalย evaluations and drive revenue growth.
    - Engage and influence C-suite and executive-level stakeholders; leverageย executive selling skills to advance and close complex capital deals.
  • Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
    - Develop and execute a territory-level strategic plan to achieve capital salesย objectives and expand market presence in Interventional Oncology and Surgery.
    - Maintain deep knowledge of the IO and surgical markets, including competitiveย landscape and health economics.
    - Monitor developments in image guidance, navigation, and robotics to identify andย maximize capital opportunities.
  • Account Management & Customer Engagement
    - Identify and prioritize target accounts; build clinical and economic champions toย advance the capital sales process.
    - Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers throughย regular engagement, value-driven messaging, and strategic account planning.
    - Manage all aspects of complex customer environments, including IDNs,ย academic institutions, and community hospitals.
    - Build and leverage a strong KOL network to enhance market credibility andย support capital adoption.
  • Value Communication & Pipeline Execution
    - Effectively communicate the capital equipment value proposition through tailoredย proposals and presentations.
    - Manage pricing communications, budgetary proposals, contracts, and newย product introductions in line with company policies.
    - Maintain full compliance with all applicable company policies, federal, state, andย local laws.

What Youโ€™ll Need

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of commercial experience in medical devices, including significant capital equipment sales exposure.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding capital sales targets with strong business acumen, leadership, communication skills, and strategic selling capability.
  • Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage a territory to meet objectives.
  • Strong medical device sales track record with documented capital growth, high performance, and advanced selling skills.
  • Documented history of top performance (e.g., Presidentโ€™s Club or equivalent recognition).
  • Experience in market development, new product launches, disruptive technology, and/or Interventional Oncology or surgical environments.
  • Robotic sales experience preferred.

Compensation:ย 

  • Base: $120k

  • Total Comp: $300k+

  • 700 dollar car stipend, 1-2 overnights, gas/business expenses paid for
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan:ย You will be eligible to participate in Quantum Surgicalโ€™s Safe Harbor 401(k) plan, allowing pre-tax and Roth contributions. NeuWave Medical offers a company match for up to 5% of eligibleย compensation. Employer contributions vest immediately.
